Track 2:ebola and zika viral infections

Ebola hemorrhagic simply known as ebola is viral fever to humans .between two days to three weeks singns and symptoms start with fever, headaches, muscular pain and sour throat.on multiplications of virus patient suffer from vomitings , diarrhea and rashs followed by decreased functioning of kidneys and liver.zika fever is a infectious disease caused by zika virus.mother to child during pregnancy can cause microcephaly.

Track 3:infection and immune system

Set of tissues functioning together to oppose a infection is called as immune system. Different type of disease agents such as viruses, bacteria and parasites can be detected by immune system. It can also identify difference between foregin cells and cells within the body. When immune system detects foregin cells it creates antibodies to fight the intruders.

Track 4:animal and plant infectious diseases

Viruses that effect animal and plant, diseases caused do to effection is called as infection diseases in plant and all other viruses, plant viruses are obligate intracellular parasites that do not have the molecular machinery to replicate without a host.each has their own specific range of viruses that often infect only that species.

Track 5:pediatric infectious diseases

Pediatrics is a branch which deals with children. The diseases which effect children are called pediatrics infectious diseases.candida albicans infection ,candida parapsilosis infection, cytomegalovirus infection, diphtheria are some of the diseases effect infants.

Track 6:blood stream infections

Catheter-related bloodstream infection (crbsi) is defined as the presence of bacteremia originating from an intravenous catheter. It is one of the most frequent, lethal, and costly complications of central venous catheterization and also the most common cause of nosocomial bacteremia. Intravascular catheters are integral to the modern practices and are inserted in critically-ill patients for the administration of fluids, blood products, medication, nutritional solutions, and for hemodynamic monitoring.

Track 7:neuro and urinary infections

Infection caused to urinary tract is urinary tract infectious disease. When is effects upper parts its called kidney infection and when infected lower part is called bladder infection. Neurological infections occur when these viruses and organisms invade the nervous system.encephalitis, meningitis are major neurological infections.

Track 8:tuberculosis, hepatitis, malaria

The above diseases are infectious diseases caused do to viruses or bacteria or parasities.malaria is a mosquito-borne infectious disease, hepatitis is a group of diseases characterized by inflammation of the liver.tuberculosis (tb) is an infectious disease caused by the bacterium mycobacterium tuberculosis

Track 9:vaccination for infectious diseasesbiological

Preparation which gives active acquired immunity to a particular disease is called as vaccine.vaccination is the administration of antigenic material (a vaccine) to stimulate an individual's immune system to develop adaptive immunity to a pathogen.some of the vaccination are inactivated, attenuated, toxoid, subunit, valence etc..

Track 10:infectious diseases prevention, control and cure

Infectious diseases like the flu, drug-resistant diseases like tuberculosis, and well-known viruses like hiv/aids are still present in our population. Policies and regulations impact prevention and control by observing immunization rates, regulating antibiotics and other drugs and controlling transmission.

Track 11:diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases

Diagnosis is identifying a diseases.some of the tests are laboratory and imaging. Treatment is medical care given to a patient for an illness or injury.some of the treatment are done by giving antibiotics,antivirals,antifungals,anti-parasities and some alternative medicines like vitamins , zinc , garlic.

Track 12:sexually transmitted infections

Sexually transmitted infections are also known as venereal diseases (vd). Symptoms and signs of disease may include vaginal discharge, penile discharge, ulcers on or around the genitals, and pelvic pain.some vaccinations may also decrease the risk of certain infections including hepatitis b and some types of hpv.

Track 13:recent advances  in emerging infectious diseases

Studies of these emerging infections reveal the evolutionary properties of pathogenic microorganisms and the dynamic relationships between microorganisms, their hosts and the environment.

Stds and Women’s Health Testing:

Molecular diagnostics has been the most dynamic IVD space for STI and women’s health tests. Moderate-complexity and other ease-of-use molecular analyzers released in the last five years have heavily targeted sexually transmitted diseases and women’s health pathogens.

The most significant pathogens in STI and women’s health testing include chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, torch panel pathogens, and human papillomavirus (HPV). The infections are highly injurious to community health, maternal health, and prenatal and neonatal health. A diverse range of IVD products are used to screen for and assess stis and other women’s health infections, including cultures, laboratory immunoassays, rapid immunoassays, molecular assays, and high-throughput blood screening assays. Responding to resilient and rebounding rates of stis and the increasing specialization in medicine to optimally treat female patients and conditions, many in the IVD industry have prioritized assay menus in those areas across platforms, but foremost in molecular diagnostics.

The association of STI testing with women’s health testing is based on the disproportionate health burden stis pose for female populations, including HPV and cervical cancer, vaginitis or vaginosis caused by bacterial pathogens (infections in men are often less symptomatic), group B streptococcus, herpes simplex virus, and neonatal complications. Chlamydia and gonorrhea infections may progress to sterility, complications during pregnancy, or serious health consequences following unnoticed symptoms.
